Get ready for the HEGO experience

Arrival at the Studio

Arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session for a personalized welcome. Our team will guide you through the studio and help you prepare your space.

What to bring

Opt for comfortable sportswear and appropriate footwear. Our water fountains and beverage options are there to keep you hydrated.

Hydration and well-being

A water fountain is available to refill your water bottle. Our energy and protein drinks are also available at the bar.

Space and Equipment

Each discipline has its own dedicated training area. From rowers, curved treadmills, sled tracks, to weightlifting bars, everything is arranged to ensure your comfort during your workout.

Session and return to calm

Your session concludes with a cool-down or a whiteboard review to gather your feedback on each of our classes.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you start

Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions to help you prepare for your first session and feel at ease from the moment you arrive. If you have any further questions, our team is here to help.

How long before the class do I need to arrive?

We advise you to arrive around 15 minutes before the start of your course to check in, prepare and familiarize yourself with the space.

What should I wear for my session?

Make sure you have comfortable sportswear and appropriate footwear. You’ll be moving, sweating and pushing your limits, so choose clothes that allow you to move freely.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No, all the necessary equipment is provided by the studio. If you have a water bottle, feel free to bring it along and fill it up at our water fountain.

Are showers and changing rooms available?

Yes, our Club offers separate locker rooms and individual shower cabins. Toiletries are provided and available for self-service.

Can I try out several activities on my first visit?

You are welcome to book a trial session for the activity of your choice. This will allow you to discover the unique approach of each program.

Is there a minimum age for taking part?

Yes, the minimum age is 18 for most courses, with the exception of CrossFit® Teens, which is designed for young people aged 10 to 18.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Of course! If you can’t make it, you can modify or cancel your booking directly via our website or app, in accordance with our booking conditions.

How does the trial session work?

You have 30 days to use it, and if you buy a course book or a 6-12 month membership, your trial session will be reimbursed. You can book online or pay on site.
